  • Be in new, unopened condition (except for defective products).
  • Have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions

  • Perishable items: We cannot accept returns for fresh produce, frozen items, or other perishable goods unless damaged during shipping or due to an error on our part.
  • Supplement or opened food items: Items that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Return an Item

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note, that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
